What happens during the initial contact?
It all begins with a confidential consultation, either in person in Cap d’Antibes or via videoconference. We listen to your project, your family history, and the connection to the place you wish to establish.
Following this discussion, we will provide you with a customized roadmap—with no obligation—that outlines the steps, timelines, and fees.
Do you work exclusively on the French Riviera?
Our traditional service area stretches from Saint-Tropez to Menton, passing through Cap Ferrat, Èze, Monaco, and Cap d’Antibes. We occasionally assist families in Corsica and throughout the Mediterranean region when the project warrants it.
Are your residences listed online?
More than 80% of our portfolio is confidential and does not appear in any public medium. The items featured on this site represent only a fraction of the collection.
Can you help us with the renovation?
Yes. Our in-house studio oversees historic renovations and interior design projects, working in collaboration with a network of local artisans: stonemasons, metalworkers, cabinetmakers, and landscape gardeners.
What are your fees?
Our fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the assignment. They are disclosed with complete transparency from the very first meeting and are inextricably linked to a commitment to success.
Do you keep records of the homes you've worked on?
Our archives, which have been kept in Cap d’Antibes since 1929, trace the history of more than 600 properties on the French Riviera. They are available for review by their successive owners upon request.
